How do I verify my identity?
You must complete the following steps:
1. When signing up, a 30-day verification period is triggered where you’ll be able to deposit up to 3,000 CZK and withdrawals are not allowed. Your sign-in details will be checked and verified immediately. If any mismatch occurs, you’ll need update your details and provide us with a copy of your ID. You can send us documents via:
- Our online uploader tool
- Android and IOS apps
- Email – documents@partypoker.cz
2. You’ll be prompted to complete a face-to-face verification at a Czech POINT location (details will be given to you) where your ID (passport, national identity card or driving licence) will be verified, and you’ll be given a signed form. This process will cost 200 CZK; however this fee will be refunded to you in your account. You’ll then need to send us the signed form.
3. Once this is completed, we’ll need you to verify a payment method – which must be the method used to deposit.
4. After this is verified, your account will be fully authorised, and you’ll be able to deposit and withdraw freely. If not, your account will be closed.
