Why do I need to verify my identity?

Due to Czech legislation, we need to verify our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).

You’re required to do the following:

1. When signing up, a 30-day verification period is triggered where you’ll be able to deposit up to 3,000 CZK and withdrawals are not allowed. Your sign-in details will be checked and verified immediately. If any mismatch occurs, you’ll need update your details and provide us with a copy of your ID.

2. After this, a face-to-face verification at a Czech POINT location is needed (the 200 CZK cost will be refunded into your account, or you can get verified at a Kings Casino for free) with a valid ID.

3. Finally, a payment method will also need to be verified.

Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in further documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts.
