What are Poker Limits and how to set them up?

We offer Poker Limits to help you control your gambling. Head to “My account / Settings / Account Limits" to set your daily/monthly Buy-in/Net Loss limits. Once your desired limits are in place, the system will warn you whenever you cross them.

Here is how it works:

Whenever you buy in to a poker game/register for a poker tournament, the system checks how much has already been spent in the day/month depending on your configuration. If the buy-in amount is more than the remaining ‘allowed buy-in’ value for that day/month, the buy-in will be blocked.

On every buy-in to tournaments and cash games, the poker system checks if your buy-in is allowed or not. You will be informed, when a buy-in exceeds the running available Loss Limit.

If you have gaming sessions in progress when you reach your limits, you will be allowed to complete the current hand, after which you will be prevented from continuing to play.

All requests for Poker Limits decreases (i.e. going from playing 10 hours a day to 1 hour a day) will be implemented immediately; requests for session limit increases (i.e. going from playing 1 hour a day to unlimited play) only become valid after 7 calendar days.
